Payments

For your convenience we are able to accept all major credit cards via PayPal.  Follow the PayPal link to our payments page.  Once there you will be able to select from a list of services.

Billing Policy

1. When your computer is dropped off you will be charged a $45 diagnostic fee.
2. After your specific issues has been determined you will be notified by phone and informed of the cost of repair and an estimated time of completion.
3. If you choose to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee will be waived and you will only be charged the cost of the repair.  If you decide that you do not want to proceed you will only be charged the diagnostic fee.
